Premier large 3 bedroom slopeside townhome.  This property has plenty of space for an extended family to spread out and enjoy a Colorado mountain vacation. The master is on the main floor and has a comfortable king size bed and a large ensuite bathroom. There is also a half bath on the second floor. Bedroom #2 is on the second floor and has a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. Bedroom #3 is on the ground floor and has a twin over queen bunk and a single twin bed.

The open floor plan great room is is a perfect place for gathering with family, eating dinner, and relaxing with a movie on the HDTV. There is cable with over 100 cable channels by Xfinity. While staying at this property, you will enjoy high speed internet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all of your cooking needs. There is both a drip and Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table has seating for 8 with additional space at the breakfast bar in the kitchen. The living room has a gas fireplace. The ground floor features a spacious mud room and has a private laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

The second floor has a spacious deck with a gas grill and a large tower space heater to help you enjoy the crisp air on mountain evenings. There is a private one-car enclosed garage with space for additional vehicle in the driveway. The private hot tub is available for use between hours of 8am and 10pm.  

This property is a 12 minute walk to the Winter Park Gondola and is located near the bus line where you can take a short 2 min ride to the slopes. The community hot tub is just outside and hot tub towels are included. This condo is perfect for a large family or for multiple families to share.
