OUTDOOR MUSIC Music outside should never be loud enough to carry over perimeter walls. Keep outdoor noise level to normal chatter/laughter to be respectful of our neighbors.
OUTDOOR QUIET HOURS Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 PM - 8 AM per Scottsdale noise ordinance. There is an outdoor noise monitor that does not record audio but tracks decibel level and will immediately alert us if the decibel reaches a high level. We will then reach out to you to quiet down to avoid disturbing the neighbors and avoid a visit from the authorities.
This property and all guests must comply with AZ SB 1168, City of Scottsdale ordinance SRC 18-150, SRC 18-121 and all state and city regulations.
