At the base of the Snowflake lift, this ski-in/ski-out complex offers high-end amenities such as a steam room, ski storage, three outdoor hot tubs and a pool, an arcade, a gym, and so much more. A true ski-in/ski-out resort, BlueSky Breckenridge sits between Peak 8 and Peak 9, adjacent to the Snowflake Lift and just three blocks off Main Street. Charter Sports offers onsite ski and snowboard rentals. Convenient lift-side ski lockers are just 50 feet from the lift. The unit itself offers three large bedrooms, a den, gas fireplace, and an outdoor deck. This condo has a spacious and open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. It is the perfect place to entertain friends and family after a day of skiing or hiking in the summer. 

This home has 2 king master suites each with a king bed, ensuite bath and TV. The third bedroom features a twin-over-twin and twin-over-queen bunk beds with a TV. PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
