What To Be Aware Of
- Community pool is not heated
- One of the bedrooms is on the 1st floor, off the garage and main entry, where the rest of the living space is on the second floor
- Downstairs bedroom has a twin daybed that can be converted to sleep 2 people, by pulling out a trundle and placing 2 twins side by side. The 2 twin mattresses however cannot be separated. They have to be right next to each other.
- Good Neighbor Policy & City Law: Any activity or gathering that disturbs the peace or quiet of a residence or neighborhood is prohibited any time of day, particularly between the hours of 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. If a neighbor calls or comes over and asks you to quiet down, be friendly and quiet down. Rental properties cannot be used for non-residential activities such as corporate events, parties or weddings. (Noise is monitored by NoiseAware devices) The city has laws about noise disturbances. If police are called, they may impose fines that guests will be responsible for.
