- Absolutely no smoking, including marijuana, inside or outside of this home. Smoking is NOT ALLOWED anywhere in this neighborhood except for a designated smoking area near the entrance of the neighborhood.

The main floor features the great room, with huge vaulted ceilings, a beautiful spacious open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a well-furnished living area in front of the stone fireplace and flat-screen TV. Large floor-to-ceiling windows frame stunning mountain views. A door to the right of the kitchen leads out to the wraparound deck (every floor has its own). The main floor also has air-conditioning (top two floors).
The main floor deck features a grill which is easily accessible from the kitchen, making grilling and cooking a breeze.
Each of the five bedrooms has its own ensuite full bath, and the SkyPond master bedroom has its own gas fireplace (currently under repair) and flat-screen TV. The SkyPond level of the home has air-conditioning. Head down to the bottom floor for a den/game room area perfect for the kids. To the left of the stairs is a sleeping area with two twin bunk beds and a full bath, and to the right is a lounge and game room area with a flat-screen TV.
Planning a Family Reunion? The property next door is called "Cascade Townhome", sleeps 10, and is managed by the same company!
- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
