Beautiful quiet end unit with outstanding views and access to skiing, golf and trail for the whole family.
Ideally located to explore all four season in Aspen/Snowmass, Colorado. Located at the base of Snowmass Ski Area. A hot tub, free busses, lots of space, high ceilings, fireplace, and a kitchen for entertaining make this an ideal family landing spot.
What To Be Aware Of
This unit is calmly secluded at the very end of the condominiums, this provides peace and quiet and incredible views, but also a long walk with many stairs.
If you have mobility difficulty this condo may not be ideal for you.
Additionally, we are in the mountains! Remember, there is wildlife out there, and bears, so keep things clean and locked up should you not invite any unwelcome friends!

| Getting to the slopes | Ski from the deck out the front door a few hundred feet down the slope to the shuttle bus stop at the corner of Brush Creek and Owl Creek Roads. Take the free shuttle to Two Creeks, Base Village, or the Mall to load the lifts. You can also catch a free RFTA bus to Aspen Mountain (Ajax), Aspen Highlands, and Buttermilk. |
| Getting around | Getting around could not be easier! You are a 1-minute ski or 5-minute walk to the nearest Snowmass Village Shuttle and RFTA bus stop. Busses and shuttles are free throughout the upper valley. The Roaring Fork Transit (RFTA) bus system is free between Snowmass Village, Aspen, the Airport, Castle and Maroon Creeks, and all Ski Mountains. Nestled just far enough away at the end of the condo complex this home has unrivaled views of the entire Snowmass Valley. On the bus line, and with included covered parking you are just minutes from Snowmass Center, Mall, and Base Village, and just around the bend from Downtown Aspen and all its cultural happenings and the other three ski mountains.
Sitting adjacent to the golf course and trail system, this is also an ideal summer, fall, and spring getaway.
High Ceilings, a large open kitchen, wrap-around decks, and comfortable sunroom/office make this a great getaway for families and entertaining and lends itself to remote workers and outdoor enthusiasts.
The master bedroom is spacious with tremendous views of Mt. Daly with direct access to the deck. There is a large TV and full bathroom with jacuzzi spa, bidet, and extra-large vanity to prep for evenings out.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, high ceilings, and en-suite bathroom with a spacious tub and double vanity.
The third bedroom has bunk beds and plenty of storage space for the kiddos.
The property comes with one covered deeded parking space and one shared uncovered space. There is on-premises trash and recycling. TV, Cable, and WiFi are included. There is a ski locker, and a shared outdoor hot tub as well.
Concierge service, private chef, mid-stay cleaning, and just about anything else you can dream up are available at extra cost.
