Located right at the base of Winter Park Resort this 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped ski-in/ski-out condo (just 110 feet from the brand new Gondola completed in 2019) sleeps 6 guests with master bedroom that has a king bed and is en suite and a 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunks. Pull out couch in living room if needed. This is a Platinum-rated newly remodeled condo with a fireplace and balcony off the common room.
There is on-site storage for gear, 4 outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, laundry facilities (due to social distancing guidelines amenities like shared pools and hot tubs or workout facilities can not be guaranteed at this time. Some may be closed or limited and may require a reservation and access is subject to change at any time). Heated underground parking is available for an additional cost. Just steps from the Village, you have premium access to shops, restaurants, and additional activities. There is an onsite concierge for questions and an on-call shuttle for trips to town.

And is an incredible basecamp to enjoy all that Rocky Mountain National Park, Grand Lake, or Winter Park Ski Resort has to offer plus quaint towns, where you can dine, shop and more.
Our location, tucked against the Continental Divide, ensures dependable snow all winter long. Skiers and snowboarders will be happy with two downhill resorts, learn-to-ski-and-ride parks, and four cross-country resorts with miles of groomed tracks.
Bikers and hikers will love this mountain paradise with over 600 miles of trails to explore. River rafting, fishing, golfing, boating, kayaking, paddleboarding, horseback riding, hot air ballooning, and the longest alpine slide in Colorado — ensure that there is something for everyone.
Even more activities are available if you’d prefer to stay inside: museums, art galleries and movie theaters and bowling. There’s indoor recreation at the Grand Park Community Recreation Center, including a climbing wall, pools, a waterslide, an indoor gym, and more.
