Guests will appreciate the modern flare in a property that gives you the feel of a mountain chalet. The ski access couldn't be any better as you can ski in and walk out from this property onto green runs at Copper Mountain Ski Resort.  Easy access to the Copper Mountain Ski and Ride School and the West Village base area. More advanced skiers and riders can glide down to the Union Creek Express Quad and access the whole mountain in minutes.  This property is now Pet Friendly with an additional fees. Limit of 2 pets (dogs only).

This Executive Home is located in the exclusive Lewis Ranch gated community of Copper Mountain.

During the summer guests can enjoy the golf course at Copper Creek Golf Club, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV adventures, white water rafting, fly fishing, and much more! Each level of this home has unique creature comforts. 

1st Floor: Arrive in a heated two car garage and enter into the mud room and adjacent utility room with a full size washer and dryer.

2nd Floor: Up half flight of stairs is a large media room featuring a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for the entire group. 46 inch flat screen TV with Roku Ultra for streaming or casting and DVD player, and a built in wet bar with mini fridge. There is a sleeper sofa next to the TV as well.

The left bedroom has a Queen Bed and private access to the bathroom that features a walk-in shower.  

The right bedroom features 2 sets of twin bunk beds and has a private bathroom that features a tub/shower combination. 

Fantastic ski room with plenty of cubbies, ski racks and storage space for everyone's ski gear!

3rd Floor: Up half flight of stairs is a Master bedroom featuring a king size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV/DVD player, wireless cell charger with USB ports, and spectacular mountain views! Private balcony entrance, and the huge en suite bathroom features double sinks, over sized tub, walk in Steam Shower, private water closet and a walk in closet.

4th Floor (Main Level): Up half flight of stairs is a Fantastic living room featuring leather furniture in front of a roaring gas fireplace with towering stone mantle, and a 46 inch flat screen TV with Roku Ultra for streaming or casting.  Large and well-appointed gourmet kitchen with unique counters, large gas range, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinets. An enormous dining room table that seats 10 people comfortably, and 4 additional seats at the breakfast bar. There is a half bath on this level with a copper basin. The private balcony features a Natural gas grill, outdoor fire pit and backs up to the ski slopes.

5th Floor: Master bedroom featuring a King size bed with new bedding and a 32 inch flat screen TV, a private balcony access to the hot tub with stunning views of the Ten Mile Range and the Sky Chutes. The en suite master bathroom features double sinks, huge walk in shower, and separate water closet. There is a private outdoor rooftop 6 person hot tub on the roof with fantastic views!

Electric Vehicle Charger is included in the garage. 

West Village chairlifts and base area do not open until the Christmas/New Years Holiday travel time, typically the 3rd week of December.   West Village chairlifts such as Kokomo and Lumberjack lifts typically close a week before the mountain closes but you can always ski down and take Woodward Express and then ski back to the house. The free "Copper Coach" shuttle bus can be used to get back home if you arrive at a lower lift after it shuts down for the day at 4pm.

PARKING:
  
Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only.  To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort.  You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk,  which is located in the Alpine Lot.


SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.  No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. 

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: 
All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

WARNING: 
4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: 
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
