Take advantage of the Columbine Pool & Hot Tub complex (CLOSED April 15ht thru May 24th), featuring an outdoor pool, hot tubs, and a locker room—an inviting space open from June to August and December to March, offering relaxation and rejuvenation during your stay.

The primary suite boasts a king bed, TV, and ensuite bath, ensuring a luxurious and private escape. The second bedroom features a king bed and a TV, while a second full bathroom with a shower/tub combo adds convenience to the condo. Both bathrooms boast heated floors, enhancing your comfort in every season.

Ascend to the loft on the upper level, where two twin-over-full beds provide additional sleeping options for a flexible and inclusive stay. Motherlode C9 promises a harmonious blend of modern comfort and mountain charm for an unforgettable Breckenridge experience!

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
