All Mexican beaches are public, but we have outlined some unwritten rules that apply to beaches in Playacar. We encourage you to go, just know the lay of the land. PURE WHITE SANDY BEACHES THAT WILL TAKE YOU AS FAR AS YOU WANT TO GO Playacar beach starts on the south side of the ferry dock to Cozumel in Playa del Carmen and runs along the entire length of the Playacar neighborhood. The Playacar beachfront is always changing, due to seasonal trade winds and currents. There are some areas of the beach where the stretches of sand are wide, and others areas where the warm waters of the Caribbean stop just a few feet away from the beach umbrellas. Despite these changes, and they are unpredictable, there are many great places to put your beach chair or beach towel and enjoy the day. |

The condo is in a beautiful complex. It is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view where you can seat at the balcony an enjoy every sunset from there, view of the pool area and grounds are relaxing (very peaceful if you looking so and a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee).
There is one balcony in the condo, one off the living room with bed sofa. It has an open, fully equipped kitchen with oven and stove ready to cook your favorite meals. The dining room has space for up to 4 guests. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms (2 full ensuite bathrooms). The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two twin size beds that can be set as a king size . There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. The ideal capacity is for 4 guest but if you exceed this number contact our concierge to assist you and book at th best spot of Playa del Carmen close to the Quinta Avenida where you can find shopping mall and great restaurants .There is a TV in the living room with laundry and dryer machine room in the condo. The building is quiet with 24 hour security community. It has a large pool.
