This charming townhome is located just minutes away from downtown Estes Park, and is near Estes Park's 18-hole golf course. Enjoy the best of both worlds with a private, secluded feel while still maintaining easy access to the town center and outdoor activities.

Enter into the open-concept living room, which branches off into the kitchen and dining area on one side and the master bedroom suite on the other. A queen bedroom sits just off the entryway next to a full bath. The washer and dryer are located across the hall.

Curl up and watch TV in the living room, which features an electric stove.

The kitchen is equipped with full-size appliances and cooking essentials, including a gas stove, and the adjacent dining area can seat six. The door from the kitchen leads out to the private deck, which features a propane grill for guest use.

The master bedroom features a king-size bed, an ensuite full bath with a jetted tub, and a walk-in closet.

This unit is part of the The Bobcat Ridge HOA which means guests need to abide by HOA rules and regulations. There is absolutely no smoking, inside or out, anywhere in the complex. The units are in close proximity to each other.   • Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs,  4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
  • The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
    $105 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
    $105 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $105, OR no-cost Safety Check)
    $30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
