Quaint mountain retreat nestled in the trees in the neighborhood of Winter Park Highlands in Tabernash Colorado. Located just minutes off of Highway 40 this property is nestled in middle of Fraser Valley less than 15 minutes to Winter Park Resort. About 30 minutes further down the highway, you will find the town of Grand Lake. Here, you can surround yourself by peace and quiet near a chain of large alpine lakes. If you're feeling adventurous, wander across the road to Tim's Territory. This 6 acre space offers lovely meandering hiking and cross country trails just steps from the property's front door. Relax at the end of your mountain adventure on the private deck with propane grill.
This home sleeps 9. Bedroom number one is on the top floor and has a queen bed and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom, also on the top floor, has a queen bed. The bedroom in the finished basement has a twin over queen bunk and pull out couch with a memory foam mattress. This spacious basement makes a great play room!
