Welcome home to this lovely two bedroom condo on the ground floor just steps from Lake Dillon.  Walk to Downtown Dillon easily.   

This lovely and affordable 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo has many amenities and is just steps from Lake Dillon. The condo is located on the ground floor and conveniently located to all that the High Country has to offer and is in walking distance to many area restaurants, bars and shops. The condo is also just steps away from the long rec path, the popular Tiki Bar & Brewery, a large playground and the newly renovated ampitheater at the Dillon Marina. There is a free shuttle bus stop near by that will take you to many Summit County destinations including Arapahoe Basin, Keystone, Breckenridge and Copper Mountain resorts.

The condo features a fully stocked kitchen, breakfast bar a dining table that seats 6.  The condo features many amenities including a wood burning fireplace, large HD TV, comfortable living room furniture, complimentary wi-fi and much more.  The master bedroom has a king bed with private bathroom and its own HD TV.  The second guest bedroom has a double bed and bunk bed with twin over double.
There is also a large private deck with a BBQ and quiet setting. This home is equipped with a regular drip coffee maker. 
  
After a long day of adventure, nothing beats coming back to your condo and being able to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace. You can also enjoy the scenery from the living room while relaxing and sipping on a hot cup of cocoa. Or want to relax in a hot tub instead? The nearby clubhouse has a hot tubs, pool, sauna and more.  Can't get enough of outdoor activities? You can walk right out the front door and be on the rec path in seconds. Take a walk or bike ride on the long rec path that goes for miles. Or take a short walk to a nearby restaurants, bars and shopping. This condo has all of the amenities in an ideal location at a great value.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning.  This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties.  Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. 

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:   If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.  No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. 


THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE:  All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
 
Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.  

WARNING: 
4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: 
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
