The lower level features an entertainment center with several recliner couches, game table and a flat-screen TV. The adjoining in-laws-style King suite includes an ensuite full bath with an efficiency-style kitchenette. The lower level also offers the laundry room.

The main floor features the focal point of the house with floor-to-ceiling vaulted windows that provide breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The living/dining area features recliner couches, a large TV, and a dining table that can seat six. Prepare home-cooked meals in the open-concept kitchen, outfitted with modern stainless steel appliances. The spacious deck off the living area provides a magnificent view of the mountains as you grill your favorite food. A half bath just off the hallway adds convenience

The master bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed and has a full ensuite bath with a jetted tub.

  • Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs,  4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.
  • Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
  • The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
    $118 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
    $118 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $118, OR no-cost Safety Check)
    $30 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $30 each)
    $30 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days)
