Welcome to Twin Creek Lodge. This large home is nestled between the Monte Cristo and Bemrose Creeks and offers amazing forest and mountain views. Enjoy the sounds of the twin creeks as you enjoy the large deck or a soak in the outdoor hot tub. The living room offers spacious seating with vaulted ceilings, a stone gas fireplace, flat screen TV and forest views. The living room opens to a dining area with seating for 10-12 and a well-stocked kitchen perfect for cooking family meals. Directly off the dining room is a large deck with seating and a gas BBQ just feet from the stream. The lower level features are second living area with ample seating opening to a porch with a private hot tub.
There is a main level queen master suite with ensuite bath and mountain views. The upper level features a queen bedroom with TV, ensuite bath and mountain views. There is also a loft bedroom connected to the queen bedroom that is perfect for kids and features 4 twin beds (the loft bedroom is on the same level as the queen and there is no ladder to get to it, so it is safe for kids). The lower level has a queen bedroom with forest views and a bunk room with a twin-over-twin bunk bed and twin trundle bed (sleeps 3).

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).
WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW:During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
