Keep all garbage in trash cans provided at rental and in Bear Bin located in driveway.  Keep all windows and doors closed and locked when away from premises and before going to bed. Keep garage door closed.

Good Neighbor Policies are strictly enforced in all SkyRun vacation rentals.  Quiet Hours: 9pm to 8am. It is important that guests adhere to these policies as any complaints may result in early departure of the guest stay and or/fine(s) to guests. The Good Neighbor Policies Flyer is posted in all SkyRun vacation rentals as a friendly reminder to be a Good Neighbor during your stay in North Lake Tahoe!

Drones are prohibited to be operated from all SkyRun vacation rentals and in all North Lake Tahoe residential/community neighborhoods.

Located in the heart of the Northstar Resort neighbor, you will enjoy the location of this Northstar home. Take in peek views of Martis Valley and the wooded lot around the house. Ample square footage allows for two master suites, an open kitchen, dining and family room floor plan, a spacious loft area and lower family/entertainment room to watch TV, play games and hang out. This property features granite counters, range top, double oven, breakfast bar and hardwood floor throughout the kitchen and dining area. A cedar wrap deck, hot tub and a private deck adjoining the master suite provides stunning mountain views. The second suite, 2 guest bedrooms,  bathroom and laundry room are situated on the lower level around the family/entertainment room.

The SkyRun Advantage:
All SkyRun North Lake Tahoe properties feature standard amenities including WiFi, cable/satellite, stocked kitchen with standard and countertop appliances, kitchen towels, cooking and bakeware, dishes, glasses and utensils. A  starter kit package of paper towel, dish soap, trash bags, kitchen sponge, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper are provided. Bedrooms/beds are equipped with bed linens, top bedding, pillows and the bathrooms with bath towels - bath, hand and wash cloths.

  • SkyRun Management may greet guest/renter during their stay asking to see a valid ID and payment method
  • Snow plowing/removal services provided: Roads and driveway are plowed when  3" or more of snowfall occurs to keep roads and driving conditions as manageable and safe as possible. 
Parking (NO PARKING ON STREETS).  Parking in Northstar in strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket, adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. Due to Home Owners Associations (HOA) requirements, all vehicles are to be parked in driveway. There is no parking on the street due to snowplowing and other activities  during summer and winter months to keep streets clean and open for vehicle use.  SkyRun is not responsible for any damage that may happen to your vehicle.
