There is a large and welcoming living area, flat-screen smart TV, gas fireplace, dining for 6 (plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar. There are new granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, new carpet in the bedrooms, new flooring in the living area. The inside was completely repainted summer of 2017. The unit has a one car garage, as well as covered parking, a gas fireplace, and newly upholsterer kitchen chairs. It's right next door to club house which has a sauna, pool table, fitness room, 2 large rooms that can be used for various activities.

The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.
