Beautifully appointed two bedroom / three bath penthouse overlooking Lake Dillon.  Located in one of the prime spots in Summit County, you can't beat the unparalleled views of Lake Dillon and the Ten Mile Mountain Range. 

There are so many things to love about this home including the panoramic views of Lake Dillon and the Rocky Mountains the minute you walk through the door.  The condo boasts many large windows so you can take in these incredible views and enjoy the well-lit home. Step outside to your private deck and enjoy the beauty of Lake Dillon any season.  There is a BBQ grill on the covered deck for your grilling pleasure, not matter what the season. 

This home has been completely remodeled and beautifully decorated.  The living room features a sectional couch and large HD TV, & gas fireplace.  There is a full kitchen with granite counter tops and everything you need to entertain, including a Keurig coffee machine (along with a drip coffee maker as well).  The dining area features a brand new and gorgeous dining room table, seating up to 8.

There is complimentary high speed wi-fi and cable for all your entertainment needs. 

The master bedroom features a king bed, HD TV and en-suite bathroom.  The guest bedroom features a bunk bed with a double mattress on top and king mattress on bottom. There is easy assess to the other two full bathrooms.  One of the guest bathroom features a large walk in shower. 

For your convenience, there is a front loading washer/dryer in the unit and a storage room for skis, boots, etc.

Enjoy the clubhouse year round which features an indoor hot tub, pool and much more.

The condo is located in walking distance to Downtown Dillon and there is a free bus nearby that will take you to all of the nearby ski resorts.  Close to everything that Summit County has to offer...this home is definitely in a prime location. 

You can't beat the value, location or the amenities with renting this condo.

The condo is on the third floor which offers gorgeous views but no elevators.

Properties in Summit County generally do not have Air Conditioning.  This is certainly the case for all SkyRun properties.  Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically once the sun sets. 

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES:   If amenities check lists includes a hot tub with this property listing, please verify before confirming your reservation.  No refunds are provided due to lack hot tubs. 


THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE:  All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 2-3 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
 
Parking at all properties is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times.  

WARNING: 
4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: 
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
