Revel in the convenience of not having to find parking while skiing or exploring Main Street, allowing you to enjoy a glass of wine or two without worry. With each bedroom situated on its own floor for privacy, and a large great room for gatherings with family and friends, this home is the perfect spot to create new memories in the fantastic mountain town of Park City. Enjoy the beauty of being nestled in the mountains, with parking for 3 cars and a private hot tub. This spacious home also offers the flexibility of 2 twin beds that can be set up in either bedroom to accommodate singles or children.

Cancellation Policy: Book worry-free with SkyRun's 48-hour, no-questions-asked, 100% refund option. After the initial 48 hours, the cancellation policy is as follows:

A 33% deposit is due to reserve the property, and it is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival.

At 30 days prior to arrival, the balance of the booking is due.

From 30 to 14 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund is available.

At 14 days prior to arrival, the reservation becomes non-refundable in full. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind. In the event that travel insurance is not obtained, SkyRun will make an effort to rebook the property and refund any payments up to the rental value of the new booking. For reservations made through third-party booking sites (e.g., vrbo, airbnb), guests should initiate cancellations through the respective site, as their fees are subject to their own cancellation policies, and refunds for those fees must be requested from the third-party site. SkyRun is unable to refund third-party booking site fees.
