Only steps to the American Eagle high speed quad and numerous restaurants and shops in Center Village. The Mill Club has the best location with easy access to everything at Copper Mountain!

Make yourself at home in the spacious and comfortable living room and enjoy the gas fireplace.  There is a Queen Sleeper Sofa with a brand-new memory-foam mattress. The well appointed kitchen is perfect for cooking all of your meals at home, and it features new cabinets, granite counters and back splash, and new appliances. Serve your family of 6 people at the dining room table, and there are 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. 

The master bedroom has a King Bed with luxurious new bedding, and a 32 inch flat screen TV. The en suite master bathroom is newly remodeled and features granite double sinks, whirlpool tub, radiant heat flooring, and separate walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has a Queen Bed with luxurious new bedding and a 26 inch flat screen with DVD player. The guest bathroom features double granite sinks and a shower/tub combination.

There is a private washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience. The private balcony is off the living room.

The Mill Club building has an indoor hot tub, sauna, and fitness facility.

There is underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot. There is no charge for parking.

There is no A/C in any of our properties. Temperatures rarely crest 75 degrees and always cool off dramatically at sunset.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: 
All SkyRun properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
 
Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars,  free overnight parking is provided by permit in the Alpine Lot. 

WARNING: 
4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: 
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

TRAVEL WITH PEACE OF MIND 

CLEANING
:
SkyRun is following rigorous (Covid-19) cleaning procedures as recommended by the CDC, AHLA, and VRMA to keep our guests healthy and our homes clean. Following the cleaning process, housekeepers will then disinfect properties with a hospital-grade disinfectant.

CHECK-IN
Curbside Check-In is available at the SkyRun Copper Office in the East Village at Copper Mountain. Please note that if you wish to come into the office to check-in, only ONE guest is allowed in the lobby at any given time.

SHARED OR COMMUNITY POOLS / HOT TUBS / CLUB HOUSES: 
Unfortunately, many shared workout facilities, community pools, community hot tubs remain closed due to COVID-19.   No refunds or further price reductions will be offered regarding the lack of access to these facilities. If

Cook your own meals in home, even bring your own food from home.

SUMMIT COUNTY FIRE RESTRICTIONS:
Stage 1 fire restrictions, and Summit County’s year-round fire regulations, prohibit building, maintaining, attending, or using an open fire. An open fire is defined as any outdoor fire, including but not limited to campfires, warming fires, bonfires, or prescribed burns of any material.
