This is one of the best 1 Bedroom condos in River Run. It has everything. To start with, it's VERY large and has 12' ceilings besides that make it feel even larger. It also has Slope views from your private deck and is the closest unit in the building to the hot tub. Walk out your front door, turn left and go outside and you're right there. But you won't hear any noise because there aren't windows and a stairwell separates you from the hot tub. Best of both worlds! This is a unit that people come back to year after year.

There is also a King bed and a room large enough to accommodate it with alot of room for your stuff.  Very unique in River Run.
